             Open new page-and open your image. For DPS open a new blank document and change to landscape orientation.

            Select image and then click alt-cmd T to change size of your image. You can then alter the dimensions.
           
Deselect when finished resizing.
            Create new layers for text or secondary images.
            Use lasso or magic wand tool to cut out from background.
            Use magnifying glass to enlarge your file.
            Use T’ tool to add text.
            When finished draft save as Jpeg.

REMEMBER: You can only alter layers when layer is highlighted.
