Photography Case Study -

Whatever the mode – from the snapshot to the decisive moment to multi-media montage – the intent and purpose of photography is to render in visual terms feelings and experiences that often elude the ability of words to describe. This week you will be undertaking a research task into a noted photographer. Please choose one of the following four who are famous for their portrait photography and have all worked with musicians.

5. Steven klein 
6. Patrick Demarchelier
7. Terry Richardson
8. Solve Sunsbo

 I will expect to see on your blog a small biography on the photographer and their history of work.

I would also like to see you select a variety of their images and show the style of their work.

Finally I would like you to analyse at least one or two images that inspire you and explain why as alongside providing a technical photographic analysis of the image.
